...
- The `POSTGRES_` prefix on environment variables is now replaced by
`POSTGRESQL_`
- `POSTGRES_USER` parameter has been renamed to `POSTGRESQL_USERNAME`.
- `POSTGRES_DB` parameter has been renamed to `POSTGRESQL_DATABASE`.
- `POSTGRES_MODE` parameter has been renamed to
`POSTGRESQL_REPLICATION_MODE`.
