* switch to harpoon installer

* bump version to 2.4.18-0

* removed unused `installer.run.sha256`

* added sha256 hash for package verification

* switch to `gcr.io/stacksmith-images/ubuntu:14.04` base image

* removed `logs/` and `conf/` VOLUME mountpoints

* removed unused files

* display bitnami welcome text
