radius: increase the info sent during accounting requests
...
Based on suggestions by Niels Peen. That adds:
Calling-Station-Id in auth message, and Service-Type,
Framed-Protocol, Framed-IP-Address, Acct-Authentic,
NAS-Port-Type, Acct-Session-Time in acct messages.
