0bb085de4a tests: pam-test was restricted to pam_matrix 
valgrind and asan were indicating issues with pam_oath, so
avoid using it in the testsuite.

Configure with:
  ./configure --enable-code-coverage
Show coverage output with:
  make && make check && make code-coverage-capture

It does not take into account tests run under docker.
