Grigory Trenin 61f013ae3a pam: add 'service' sub-option to auth directive
This allows users to specify a custom PAM service name, enabling
per-virtual-host PAM stacks.For example:
auth = "pam[service=vpn1,gid-min=1000]"

Resolves: #718
