ba656a05d5 When checking for the existence of IPv6 addresses, check on the final address form 
This resolves an issue where randomly generated IPv6 addresses which were
odd, could not be detected on the duplicate checks.

199b3fdfce Store the configuration file internally to avoid dependency on cmdline arguments 
That allows reloading the configuration even after our setproctitle()
has overwritten the argv arguments.
